How to Apply
To apply to the MC College of Allied Health Sciences Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, students must complete the application form which could be obtained from the admission office of the college or downloaded from the website. The completed application form along with all required documents and application fee must be submitted directly to the admission office.

Once the completed application form is received the admission committee will scrutinize the application and the applicant will receive information about the further process.
Successful students will be informed to pay an appropriate fee to confirm their place in the program before the start of the first semester.
